Service Description

The Shot Accelerator is an eight-week, evaluation-driven program for serious players who want to improve their shooting while balancing school, team practices and fall-sport commitments. It follows the same individualized process as our Green-Light Package, but with fewer individual sessions and a more flexible training schedule. Each athlete receives: • 4 individual shooting-development sessions • 16 reserved Dr. Dish workouts • 2 months of HP HQ access • A personalized shooting-development plan • Baseline and post-program evaluations • A 5% relative improvement guarantee
